Touchdown for Noah's Bar Mitzvah

With the leadership, coordination, and elegance of Joyce Pollakoff of Joyce Pollakoff Events, Noah’s football themed Bar Mitzvah was a hit amongst his friends and family. Set outside on the patio and under a large white party tent, the kids portion of the party was full of basketball, photo booth pictures, a soda bar, and a popcorn and pretzel bar.

Green Acres Country Club in Northbrook, IL was the location for this celebration. The color theme was grass green, white ,and brown symbolizing grass and football. Each kids table was decorated with a skirt that resembled green  grass. Sitting a top each table were tall plexi-glass shaped footballs that were outlined in the color green that matched the table skirt. Mini candles and football themed votives circled the plexi-football centerpieces on each table.

Adjacent to the kids dining area were large inflatable basketball hoops that the boys took to right away. The photo booth provided by Photo Booth Express was also in the same area and rotated couples, families and kids through it. The green curtain blended in perfectly with the color theme of the party, in addition to the the larger-than-life sized football and basketball cut-outs that served as the backdrop in the booth.

Inside the adults enjoyed passed hors d’ oeuvres, cocktails, and a lovely sit-down dinner. The evening shined with shades of green portrayed through the floral table centerpieces. Dancing and music was abundant through the event and dancing was encouraged between each course. H.Y.P.E. Productions was a hit and kept the kids on the dance floor throughout the evening.

Final touches for the evening included light up sunglasses for the kids, large fuzzy and feathery hats for the adults, and inflatable plastic instruments.  It was a beautiful, tasteful, and fun evening for Noah as he celebrated his Bar Mitzvah.
